Bespoke Training
Why our training matters
With the introduction of the Workers Protection Act 2024, employers now have a legal duty to take reasonable measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, including harassment by third parties. This responsibility extends to equipping staff with the knowledge and tools to recognise, address, and prevent sexual harassment.
We provide you with the training and resources necessary to support your team to create a workplace that is both respectful and inclusive.
Tailored to your needs
At The Survivors Trust, we understand that every company has unique needs when it comes to training. That’s why we offer personalised programmes designed to meet the specific requirements of your team.
We can facilitate training online via Zoom or MS Teams, or in-person at a location of your choice.
Our expertise stems from decades of experience working with survivors, specialist agencies and professionals. We collaborate closely with government departments and NGOs to deliver trauma-informed practices that prioritise survivors’ needs.
