This 3-hour training is CPD-accredited and has been co-developed alongside survivors and people with lived experience.

You will learn how to:

• Understand the support needs of people with their mental health
• Understand how mental health difficulties effect accessing ISVA support and reporting crimes to the police
• Understand the Mental Health Capacity Act
• Know where to signpost or refer for mental health support
• Understand how to support complex needs victims and survivors
• Recognise the importance of self-care when working with trauma
