Area of expertise: Deep knowledge in the sexual violence sector and previous experience as a charity CEO
Dónal Carmody is a fully accredited integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups. His work spans private practice, higher education, and specialist services in the sexual violence sector. As Chair of Trustees at The Survivors Trust, Dónal brings a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and survivor advocacy. His leadership is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a dedication to healing.
Georgina Fallows

Day job: Solicitor/Legal Director, Litigation
Area of expertise: Legal, advocacy and campaigning
Georgina has 10 years’ experience as a solicitor working predominantly in the area of class action litigation. She also has substantial experience in campaigning in the areas of rape and sexual assault and mental health.
Helen Brown

Day job: Marketing Director/CMO
Area of expertise: Marketing and business leadership
Helen brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and broader business leadership. As the Founder of her own consultancy, she works with organisations to drive strategic growth and her expertise spans recruitment, culture and full P&L ownership, giving her a well-rounded commercial perspective.
Kehinde Olugboji

Day job: Financial Accountant with Daret Healthcare UK
Area of expertise: Financial Accountant and Risk management specialist
Kehinde has over 20 years’ experience as an accountant within the UK and abroad. She has worked in various sectors of the economy including Charity, housing, and the healthcare sector. She also runs her own private accounting practice.
Mark Barbour-Smith

Day job: Law Firm Management
Area of expertise: Strategy design and delivery
Mark has 25+ years’ experience in corporate finance, across financial services and law firms in client facing and management roles. Since 2005, he has had a range of global, EMEA and US management roles, as COO/Chief of Staff, partnering with heads of Investment Banking, M&A, PE and Capital Markets and other leaders to build, enhance and manage businesses from operational and strategic perspectives.
Sharon Belshaw

Day job: Psychotherapist
Area of expertise: Psychotherapy
Sharon has been a psychotherapist for almost 20 years and specialises in childhood sexual abuse. She works as a CEO Clinical for a sexual abuse charity in Scotland and is studying for her Doctorate in Psychological Trauma, her areas of interest are autism and sexual abuse.
