Our office will be closed from the 23rd December 2019 and will be reopening again on the 6th January 2020.

Our Helpline Hours remain the same during the Christmas period except-

Christmas Day: Closed 

Boxing Day: Closed 

If you feel you would like to speak to someone during this time the following helplines are available during the Christmas period:

  • SHOUT (SMS Service): Text 85258

If you are in crisis and can’t get through to anyone, then the quickest way to get help is to call 999 or go to your nearest A&E Department.
