Introduction

Umbrella Counselling East Midlands exists to provide low-cost counselling and support for survivors of sexual violence, rape, and adult survivors of childhood sexual assault. A safe environment to be heard and believed. Umbrella Counselling believe counselling for survivors should be available to all and finance should not be a prohibitive factor.

All adults and young people from the age of 13 who have experienced some form of sexual trauma or exploitation
