Introduction

Lifecentre is a West Sussex based charity supporting survivors of rape and sexual abuse of all ages and genders, and their close supporters. Providing trauma-informed therapy face-to-face, online or over the phone, and play therapy for those under 11 years old. Plus, additional wrap-around support including trauma-informed yoga and psychoeducation support groups.
