Introduction

First Step is a registered charity that provides a range of free, independent and highly confidential support services to adult male survivors (13 years and over) who have suffered sexual abuse or rape.

Services Offered

We currently offer weekly one-to-one face to face Counselling sessions (Up to 26 sessions), weekly remote (Zoom/Teams) counselling sessions, and one to one therapeutic emotional Support sessions.

Services For

Any male over 13 years (living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland) who has suffered sexual abuse or rape. We also offer support to partners and relatives of someone who has experienced sexual abuse or rape.
