Information and self-help resources for boys and men who have had unwanted sexual experiences at any time in their lives.

All content on the site is written by people who are themselves survivors of sexual violence, abuse or assault. Some of whom have gone on work as therapists or support workers.

The site is funded by NHS England and the Home Office and delivered by Mankind UK in collaboration with other organisations who offer support services to UK men who have been affected by unwanted sexual experiences.

At if Only… we post regular messages of support and encouragement  (via social media) to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We research and review resources to post on our website for signposting survivors on their healing journey.

Respond works with children and adults with learning disabilities who have experienced abuse or trauma, as well as those who have abused others, through psychotherapy, advocacy, campaigning and other support. Respond also aims to prevent abuse by providing training, consultancy and research.

Restitute

Restitute CIC is a lived experience organisation supporting parents, carers, partners, loved ones and anyone else with caring responsibilities for survivors of sexual abuse, sexual violence and other serious violence.

We support anyone who cares for or cares about someone who has survived sexual abuse, sexual violence or other serious violence. We work through a lead carer within the family to ensure that everyone in the family unit is supported, including siblings.

Ritual Abuse Network Scotland (RANS)

Ritual Abuse Network Scotland, (formerly known as Izzy’s Promise) offer support services for male and female survivors of ritual abuse across the UK by consulting with them to find out what suits them best and how they can best be supported. They offer practical and emotional support for people trying to move out of abusive situations through workshops and therapy sessions aimed at empowering them to lead an independent life.

Safer Waves

Safer Waves supports merchant seafarers who have experienced sexual violence or gender-based discrimination. We provide emotional support and information via our website and our anonymous email support service. Our email support service is available to all merchant seafarers regardless of gender, nationality or rank.

Support around self injury and self harm. Support for girls and women of any age who self-injure. Training for professionals working with people  who self-injure. All services run by staff and volunteers with trauma-focused training background.

Confidential emotional support to children, young adults and adults by telephone, email and post.

SupportLine is particularly aimed at those who are isolated, at risk, vulnerable and victims of any form of abuse and specialises in providing emotional support for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and anyone who has been raped/sexually assaulted.
