Our virtual Christmas donation tree: Help us make it shine

UPDATED ON 22nd DECEMBER:

Thank you to everyone who has donated this week, with our without a message for their bauble. You show survivors they are not alone!

This tree is special: our virtual Christmas tree grows brighter with every act of kindness and shows survivors they are not alone this festive season. Read how it works below.

The Christmas Days and the run-up to the holidays can be overwhelming and stressful for survivors. Family gatherings, social events, and holiday pressures can bring up difficult emotions or memories. Help us show survivors they are not alone, especially at a time when isolation and triggers can feel more dominant.

Your support matters more than ever. Every donation bauble added to our tree is more than just decoration: it’s a message that clearly says ‘You are not alone’.

Here’s how you can add your bauble to the tree:

  • Every time you make a donation, we’ll add a bauble to our tree in recognition of your support.
  • If you’d like your bauble to carry a personal touch, simply tell us in the donation form under “Is there anything else you’d like us to know about your donation?” that you’d like to be mentioned in the tree.
  • You can choose:
    • your first name
    • the name of someone you’re donating on behalf of
    • Or a word of empowerment, hope, or positivity, like strength, courage or belief.

Please keep it short (just one word or a name), as space is limited on the baubles. If you’d prefer to remain anonymous, that’s absolutely fine. Your impact will still be felt.

We continue with the tree decoration on a weekly basis, every bauble representing your generosity and solidarity of our incredible community.

Did you know that your donations keep our free, confidential helpline open? You help us ensure that when someone reaches out, they’re met without judgement, are believed and receive the support they deserve.

Your donation will make this tree a powerful reminder to survivors that they are not alone this festive season.

Ready to add your bauble?
