Under normal circumstances, we will not use, store or otherwise process any personally identifiable information that relates to and identifies you. If however, you choose to contact the Survivors Trust, your email address will be stored to be used only for responding to your query. Your personal information will not be passed on to any third parties, such as member groups of the Survivors Trust, without your prior consent.

We also gather information for statistical purposes of monitoring Website usage and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used in any way to identify you.

If you choose to post messages in our forum or other message areas, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
